DVDFab DVD Copy - Customize

 

DVDFab DVD Copy - Customize is a versatile copying mode for dvd backup that gives the user ultimate control of their DVD copies. You can choose

to keep all the content of the DVD output, or just keep favorite footages, subpictures/audio tracks, menus,

and specify title playback order to create a DVD with only the stuff you want!

With this powerful DVD Copy Software, you can easily customize your DVD Copy with ease, Here comes a tutorial.


Customize Guide

Step 1) Start up DVDFab

Start up DVDFab, welcome screen will appear. If you don’t want to see it again, check the box "Do not

show again", then select DVD Copy option, Start DVDFab.


Step 2) Load DVD movie

As you can see this is the main interface of DVDFab which is resizable and more readable on large screen.

Please select DVD Copy-->Customize mode in the left navigation bar, insert your DVD disk to the

DVD-ROM tray.

If you choose to copy a DVD from a file you already have on your hard drive, you need to click folder icon

 or ISO icon to select the source files, remember your files have to be ripped by DVDFab.

(This guide uses DVD disc as source, using default output path as the target.)

Now specify the DVD disc's region code, then click OK. This pop-up window is used to remove the

'RCE -Region Code Enhancement' on the original DVD, which can be disabled by checking "Do not show

again", you still can find the default RCE settings in Common Settings/Protection/DVD.

It will open the DVD and you just need to wait a while for analyzing the disc as illustrated below.

 



Step 3) Start ripping process

 


Please choose your preferred titles, audio tracks/subpictures on the right-hand side of DVDFab’s main

interface. Open "Title Start/End settings" window to specify title playback order. Simply highlight the

desired stream and your scenes will appear in the lower left-hand preview screen. This is great for

customizing exactly which portions of the DVD you would like to keep or omit.


In the example below, your backup will play title1, title12 and title18 with AC-3/5.1 English audio, English

and German subtitles. Quality is at 60% for output.

Now click the "Next" button to access a page with additional options, including the ability to specify

a Volume name for your output. Not all options are available in Customize mode.


Choose "DVD5" or "DVD9" in the lower area, choose DVD5, DVDFab will compress the material to
make it fit on one DVD5 disc; choose DVD9, DVDFab will make an integrated copy with no
compression.


When all selections are complete, click "Start" to begin the copy process. After some time when the ripping process is completed, just press the Finish but
