Rip Blu-ray with Blu-ray Ripper for Mac > Step 1: Run DVDFab Blu-ray Ripper for Mac, load the Blu-ray
Start up DVDFab for Mac, choose "Blu-ray Ripper" option to run Blu-ray Ripper for Mac. On the left navigation bar, there're many ripping modes for you to select from devices to formats. We're selecting iPhone for example. Now, just insert the Blu-ray you want to rip into Blu-ray drive, then DVDFab will import it in. The longest movie title is selected for you, and you can also choose any titles you want to rip. You can also choose your favorite audio tracks and subtitles for the output, on your right hand side of the interface. And there're many optimized and preset profiles in the Profile drop-down menu, as you can see in the lower part.

Click Video Effect Settings button to bring about Video Effect Settings window, and in the Crop tab, you're able to freely crop the active region for playback out of the current image.
If you want to set video/audio parameters, just hit Edit button on the main UI, then you'll come to Conversion Settings window, where you can change all parameters of the video/audio from default settings, like bit rate, frame rate, frame resolution, aspect ratio, channel, volume, etc.
